This bank is making me so mad!!!! Atm near my house is always down!!! Whenever I need cash atm never has cash!!! Went into the branch the other day and there was only ONE TELLER and about 10 people on line!!! I think it's time to change banks. One who actually is there for the customers!!!!

Too difficult to do business with Wells Fargo in Terrell. The ATM’s are down more than they are working. Only the walk up location is available and the hours are not convenient. They usually only have 1 or two tellers available with long lines. You have to make an appointment to do almost anything with your account, including closing your accounts. If you don’t have an appointment to close your accounts, you can withdraw all of your money and then have to call customer service the following day. Then they charge you a fee for a cashiers check and don’t tell you. Very inconvenient and unprofessional! DO BETTER WELLS FARGO!

This place will hold your money hostage. They wouldn’t cash a check that I wrote after verifying on the phone that I approved the check. It is bad when the banks won’t let you have access to your money.

Oh my God! Let's start with how amazing this bank teller got me up-to-date with having a new card that hasn't been delivered to my house yet and updated on Gpay with my phone. Usually, I'm ahead of the game when it comes to technology but this lady floored me. I'm impressed! Haha thank you

It's a non holiday Friday around 10am and all the drive-thru windows were closed when I went to make a deposit. The ATM was being worked on. No surprise there, their ATMs are always down. I was forced to go to their walk-in location to make my deposit. There I found an enormous line with one teller in training on duty. They were just letting us stand there in a non-moving line, telling the customers they didn't have anyone else available, when the manager had just walked through and spoke to a discontent customer. I suppose she could not be bothered to assist. 20 minutes after I got there, I was able to deposit my money and go about my day. The branch location was stuffy, shabby and smelled musty. Just a few other environmental perks that make a 20 minute wait to see a teller uncomfortable. Thanks Wells Fargo for the terrible customer service.

I went into the branch to have my business banker take a look at a few financial things I normally do every year to find out Jerpaul is no longer there. He is the anchor to that location as well as WF as a whole. The branch has always been great under his leadership. This is a tremendous loss for the WF/Terrell community. I guess I'll use Cesar for guidance for the time being but I have to find out where he went and may follow. Definitely rethinking my relationship with all the recent changes. I was really staying for his expertise, definitely will miss him assisting our applicants at the Workforce.
