Absolute zero phone etiquette!! Called up there this morning and told the man I need to make a payment. He left me on hold, I hung up after 13 minutes on hold. Called back and he immediately put me on hold, no greeting, straight to hold. Drove up to the store to make my payment. Told him I need to make a payment since they want to keep me on hold all day. Ghetto!!

Got 3 days behind on a payment when all others are paid up, the Texarkana Texas accounts manager called me and began threatening me. I bought with a different store that closed so my account was thrown to these guys. Absolutely worst experience I've ever had. Spoke with the manager and he condoned his behavior. Steer very far from this company. They treat 20 year customers horribly!

So far my experience has been NEGATIVE! I ordered something last week… was called Friday saying that my delivery is Monday 5/15/23 between 3-7pm. Now 715pm and the store is closed. Corporate has no idea. Can’t get ahold of anyone at the store because after 630 no one will answer. So I filed a complaint. A simple call saying they needed to reschedule would have been fine but instead they didn’t call and I’m left without my appliance. This is just unacceptable. My family and I are not happy.

They delivered a washer and dryer to my house and the dryer never turned on. They just left and said it had to be the the outlet even though one of them shocked themselves and learned it was hot. Outlet was tested after they left and never got it to turn on and is perfectly fine. When I called them back they said they would pick it up and try to fix it and if they couldn't we would go from there. Everyone on the phone was either untrained or extremely rude. I highly recommend you stay far away from this company. I will be sharing this experience everywhere I can in hopes that nobody else has to deal with them.

I ordered a bed from Aarons.. big mistake.. when I ordered the bed there was no problems everything went as planned.The bed didn't arrive when they said it would so I waited until the next day to call and inquire abt it..Noone seemed to know anything.. it took forever for me to get it..Most of the employees.. from the Manager on down.. were rude and very disrespectful.. I should have terminated the contract then but the bed was a gift for my grandson..As Veteran, I was appalled and my attitude wit this store has not been positive.I was 6 days late and they wanna take the bed back.. threatened to take me to court and all...My experience with Aaron's has been one nightmare after another.. I will never shop at this store again..The whole contract was messed up from the jump and something has to be done

Aaron's doesn't help you. The manager their has a bad attitude. I have even them all the information about my tv issues. A lighting storm and stealers cracked my tv screen.Sorry, I'm a deaf woman so I came into the this store to get issues resolved. I've been calling this store to bring me another tv and bring this one into for fixing it. I does has insurance from the Aaron's company.

Decent service, but the incompetent sales person I keep getting stuck with has no idea what he's doing. I returned a fridge to them, after he gave me incorrect information, and still received calls asking for payment after the lease had been closed. I attempted later to lease a washer and dryer set, which had to be shipped to the store, and this same associate sold the set to someone else instead of calling me like he was supposed to, per the lease agreement. I called to check, and was given the runaround again, and today received a notification that I have a payment due on the appliances that WERE SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE. Apparently this is business as usual at this location. Strongly recommend anyone avoid using this store unless you're absolutely desperate.

The most outrageous experience of my life! From getting a call and being told they had my furniture I could pick it up due to no delivery drivers. So I rent a truck and wasting $75. I call to reassure them the next morning to be greeted by a lady that was clueless and very unkind, and when I asked for the GM she said they’d call me, 4 hours went by I called she was even more rude and said the GM stepped out to lunch. So I asked for a manager Keon the assistant was who I got. This person immediately begin arguing with me and called a liar multiple times, proceeded to tell me the GM wasn’t even there the whole day. He refused all my requests to be called and to pick up my furniture. I ended the call and made my complaint to AARONS. Then called today only to get the assistant again whom immediately begin refusing my request for GM telling me I needed to first fill out an application until then they wasn’t doing anything! I finally matched his tone, and he put me on hold. Finally talked to GM who verified I did have an application on file, and I was called by the sales guy whatever. Validating everything!! I expressed my disgust and canceled the order I will never do business with this store and you should steer clear! The ONLY person that cared or treated me like a human was the GM, regardless just HORRIBLE experience.

They are nice on the phone and very helpful, but when it comes to getting your stuff, they give you one delivery day and it ends up being 2-3 days later, with no communication.

Went in to get there service people to fix a problem with my washer and dryer I bought there ,to spend over a hour having to talk to the GE people myself to find out that I would have to call enother co to try to sence my warranty was out with G E and there people are backed up over a month to get them to fix both of them. I was told that anything I still owed on was always on warranty if you buy from Aaron. Not true. Doesn't make me feel to safe buying from Aarons again.Ok went back today very happy with results. Manager was great at trying to help me get all my problems solved. You just have to work out all your problems in a calm but straight forward way and meet somewhere in the middle. Thanks Aarons for all your help and support.You as it turns out have a really great manager running your store. I will stay a happy customer.
