We have a shop less than a mile away and We used to buy a lot of parts here but the service is terrible now. Young kid answered the phone with an attitude and wasn’t helpful at all, so I didn’t even ask about the part. Today I tried to call, was placed on hold which really they just put the phone on the counter and hung up about 2 or 3 minutes later. Couldn’t get them back on the phone after that. Will not be back.

Outstanding customer service. Rob figured out what part I needed when I brought in the broken part. He had one in stock, and got another one for us the same day from another branch. I would highly recommend this part store.
