September 22nd I called in 2 of my husbands prescriptions and one of mine that were low and needed to be refilled. The recording said his prescriptions were expired would I like to have Albertsons call my doctor for a refill. I replied with a yes using the proper key. My prescription was filled the next day, his were not. I was able to pick mine up Saturday the 27th and his prescriptions were still not filled. The lady said they had not heard from our doctor yet and I told her that was rather odd since it had been nearly a week and still no prescription refills and that isn't like them. She said they would try again. When I didn't get notified Monday that they were ready, I called my doctors office Tuesday morning and asked the nurse about it and she said it had been called in on Monday. OK, it's Wednesday and I called the line at the pharmacy again since I got off later than expected and didn't get a notification and I got the recording that the prescription was expired and would I like to have them contact my doctor. I could not leave a voicemail. My husband is out of his medicine tomorrow morning. I will be calling in the morning and there better be 2 prescriptions being filled. I've been using them for 30 years, I think it's going to be time I found a new and more reliable pharmacy to do business with as this is not the first time this year I've had this problem with them. Look past your NOSES and Check for doctors orders! It should not take a week and a half to fill a prescription. And by they way, our prescriptions are supposed to be on auto fill, so I should not even have to call the darn things in and both of his meds showed 1 refill left, so how are they expired to begin with?

I had total knee replacement surgery 3 days ago and this pharmacy seems to have an issue with the fact that my doctor prescribed me pain medication. When I tried to get it filled yesterday the lady on the phone had a bad attitude and told me it was out of stock and would get any in until October, I called this morning and the man on the phone said they have it in stock but it’ll take a few hours to fill. Mind you the doctor sent it in yesterday, so I’ve already been waiting a whole day. If I could give negative stars I would! These people need to leave their bad attitudes and personal beliefs at home and fill the prescriptions per the doctor's orders!

Tried to pick up antibiotics for a child and they said it couldn't be filled because it was called in by a NP and not an MD... for antibiotics. So I called the doctor back and they resent it it and now Albertsons is saying that it's already been filled, when we have not picked up anything. This place is a JOKE. I only tried to use them because my son needed them right then and Walmart was already closed. Walmart has never given any issues. Also the lady working was VERY RUDE.

Order my daughter's memorial birthday fresh strawberry cream cake. Every year for her son. He asked for it. It's delicious. And it was her favorite and his.

Customer service was horrible who raised these people. I work in customer service and I would never even think about talking to someone this way. I was calling because they had been on and off telling me that my meds were ready when they weren’t. A lady on the phone told me that they were just waiting for a PA. I work with this stuff so I knew it would take a few days. A week later i called and another woman didn’t let me get a word in without saying “ what were you expecting” I said. Are my meds ready y’all told me y’all were waiting for a pa. She went on saying how my insurance did not work due to some complications and telling me how I was wrong. How about y’all give patients the right info to begin with genius. Just nasty and rude the whole time do better. Anyways I go to a diff pharmacy now..

Several of Pharmacy staff other than the Pharmacists are extremely rude. They don’t listen and they will talk over you. They could really use some customer service skills. I work in customer service and I give good reviews for excellent customer service. I understand people have bad days occasionally, but 9 times out of 10 I get awful customer service with the Pharmacy Technicians. The Pharmacists are usually pleasant to talk with. Yes, I can go to a different Pharmacy, but for the last 2 years they are the only ones that accept my insurance unfortunately.

Great shopping, found everything we needed. Sale items were in stock. Only thing was wrong was the guy sacking was wishing he could be somewhere else. Not friendly. Cashier was nice and helped with any questions we had. Store was clean and stocked well. The older guy in the produce section always speaks. Seems like a really nice man. Makes it nicer to shop in the store.

This is not the first issue i have had there. They do not care.I called several days trying to get my meds refill wasn't all them had to get a a new from the doc. However they could have told me 4 days ago that they didn't have my medicine at all. Not the first time I say. Instead I keep calling finally get someone and was told they do not have it in stock. I should have received a phone call and told that. Now I'm out and spent the last 6 days trying to get my medicine. If someone would have told me they were out of stock then it would be alot different but after I have called every day to just pick up my medicine. 6 days in its not in stock either. That was the last straw. I'm transferring if it is only one prescription every 3 month it turns into a week event trying to just get medicine. If someone had a serious condition they would have to find an alternative or go to the hospital. It is just sad.
