Always love coming to Albertsons whether it's for the great selection of produce, the great deals, or the great prices. I will note the customer service from all sections of employees are super phenomenal from the front end to the produce area to the bakery and so forth. It's always my go to and always my first recommendations to people who are looking for great product and great prices

Just had the worst customer service experience of my life! Normally I like coming here because people are nice but I don’t know who y’all have working here now but Jesus! I came in to use the coin star and as I began to put my coins in the machine, it told me it couldn’t continue. To contact a store employee. At this point some of my coins have already fallen down into the machine. So I got the attention of an older woman at the cash register, I told her what was going on and she honestly looked like a zombie and quietly walked away to speak to someone. Then another employee, a younger guy came up behind me and said “yeah it’s not working today” so I asked well what about the money that already fell down there and he said “I don’t know” and walked away. I waited a little bit to see if the older woman would come back. She did, eventually and calmly and slowly looked at me… I had to ask “well… what did they say?” And she, again was very calm and very nonchalant said “oh she’s calling someone”. That was the last I heard about that. Then the younger guy came up… leaned over me to put an “out of order” sign on the machine. Didn’t say excuse me or nothing. He is much taller than me and that was very inappropriate. He stuck that sign on the machine and I asked again “what about the money that fell down?” And shrugged and said “I don’t know” I then asked “why is everyone so quiet and not caring at all?” And then walked away. There was no apology. There was nothing. Like do y’all hire zombies there? Or were they just high on something? The worst customer service I have ever had. So I lost some money today but what’s worse is I lost my faith in customer service. And people for that matter. Nobody cares to do their jobs anymore.

Got what almost ordered , most sales items they were out of. If they have to substitute for an item, they will charge you the difference if only have higher price items. Wal mart never has.!!!
