We have bought many Rolex watches from our friends here. Always on time. Always a fair deal. Never a problem on many very expensive purchases !!!

I’ve purchased two Rolex’s from Alexander’s jewlers. Both have been flawless and quick and easy transactions. Always have stock when other jewlers put you on the back burner. I 10000000% recommend. Awesome customer service and have gone above and beyond for me!

Alexander’s is one of my favorite jewelers! The staff has treated me like family since the first time I walked in the store back in 2018 even though it took two years to make my first purchase. Fast forward six years and four watches later, I still use them, and will keep on using them for my jewelry needs!

The Alexander’s and their team are best around for finding/building that perfect piece of jewelry.

I came in to have them look at a couple of pieces of jewelry. I was greeted a bit coldly. I will excuse the man however, because he had food in his mouth and was trying to swallow it. I wanted to see if he could tell me if my pieces were real and what they were worth or an estimate of what I could possibly sell them for. He told me that he doesn't give any values on pieces of jewelry and that no jewelers in Texarkana do that anymore, and if I wanted an appraisal he would charge me. He kind of treated me like a dumb kid that possibly stole the stuff. (I am middle aged, dressed in business attire, well-groomed and the stuff is mine). I felt kind of humiliated and just walked out. Lo and behold I went to 2 other stores here in town and not only were they friendly, they took the time to tell me about my pieces and told me what they would pay me, a rough idea of the retail price and approximately how much I could possibly get in a private sale. All I just wanted a ballpark guess. Word to the wise: swallow your food in the back before you "greet" customers, don't tell me something about the other jewelry stores unless you KNOW. Also Texarkana is a small town and watch how you treat people who come through your door. You never know who you're alienating. (the way you treat others is how you're treating yourself). If you want to be a snob, move to Dallas.

David's personal approach and attention to what we wanted resulted in a beautiful and very special piece for our daughter's birthday. His expertise is invaluable and he worked diligently to meet our time frame. The experience was a pleasure and we wouldn't work with anyone other than Alexander's.

I have really enjoyed working with Mitch Alexander and the rest of his family. This multigenerational jewelry store is what you wish all of your shopping experiences were like. Unbelievable service. Thank you again for taking care of our family. Jeff Wyatt
