I have been having issues with first net account. I signed up for first net almost 4 months ago and received a message 4 days ago that my document was denied due to an issue with the date on the document. I have been waiting for the new document it’s been 4 days and first net suspended my phone line so I went to this store on state line yes I was a little upset I wasn’t screaming or cussing anyone out but the manager got an attitude and said I was being hostile and just went to the back office. The other guy there was respectful and understood why I was upset and trying to help wile the manager made it out to be my fault I didn’t get new verification in 4 days over a weekend

Had a awesome experience here trying to get a new phone but not pay full price!
JT Nurmohamed helped me out a ton to figure out which way to go for the best phone at the right price.Got the Galaxy 23 for a great price and was super fast and easy.
I'd recommend this store out of any in the area for sure. JT Nurmohamed is one of the best in the business.

If you are thinking of going anywhere else for your cell phone needs, STOP! This is the one stop shop with the best set of experienced employees you will find. The store is clean and the service is fast. I recently got a new iPhone here and I love it! Keep up the great work guys!
