I didn’t catch his name I’m sorry but the guy was so helpful and patient! My iPhone couldn’t text androids so he and tech support helped me fix it same day ? only took a couple hours but it worked!!!

Brandon was right there waiting when we walked in. Asked us how he can help. we told him that we were with another provider for 15 years, but now it was time to look for a new one. he helped each one of us with a plan that fits our needs. His knowledge is Apex! And customer service also the same.overall, the transition went smoothly. Very satisfied with Brandon and already seen the improvement with cellular service, satisfied.
