Tanner is our go to associate. Always so helpful and polite and fully explains every process to us in detail so that there are no surprises or unexpected fees at check out. We will never go to another location as long as Tanner (or someone like him) is around.

I canceled my service the day after I opens it! I had no service at my house. I paid the restocking fee. I was told the account was closed. They then hit my account for 135.00 I am pissed off
I will be back in country on the 4th. It is not going to be pleasant for the person who screwed me over!

I’ve visited the Richmond location to support Collette. That particular day I was approached my Grace, she was very helpful, friendly and quick. I changed my services from verizon to at&t. I also got an apple watch as well with my services. The whole process took little to no time at all. If I could give a 10/10 I would, excellent job team !! ❤️

I wanted to share my recent experience at ATT Richmond Ranch. After talking with Collette the new Assistant Manager at this location. I decided to switch phone carriers. Collette shared that my Sales person would be whoever speaks to me first. I was greeted by Ashley and I shared that I wanted to start new phone service. Ashely was really nice and she took her time with me. The second time I came to the store was, because Collette talked to me about Directv, so I came inside and was greeted by Grace. Grace was extremely knowledgeable and educated me during the process. I love Collette and will ALWAYS support her. I’m currently watching Lifetime on my new TV service. You guys are such a great team!
