“I have dealt with a lot of different auto repair shops over time, and have to share my experience with the staff at Shelby's Service Center in Texarkana. I have a vehicle that was throwing several different codes and each could have reflected different issues, and was expecting to pay hundreds in repair costs to address each. They got me in quick, and resolved the issue with a simple scan and reset. Where I was painfully prepared to spend a lot of $$ to address, because others would have charged a lot to address each issue, the team at Shelby's reflected a sense of honesty and professionalism that is far too uncommon these days. Because I know I can count on their professional integrity, I will definitely be calling on them whenever needed in the future.”

“The staff at River Valley were always very pleasant. Every time we came when we made our big purchase of our tractor. Thomas was very informative on all the different parts of it. The little finance lady helped us out tremendously. She was very, very sweet and patient with us while we did our paperwork When we turned in our four steel chainsaws to get serviced. They have them done within the week. we were very pleased we bought several small items now to include our big item and will continue to go back to them due to their great service to us and any other customer around.
They even loaned us a tractor while we were waiting for ours to be completed with the specialty items we had purchased for it.”

Not only did he just happen to be there, he and his lovely wife took time out of their Saturday to fix our Ford Truck. Not only did he fix it right then, he didn’t charge us, and he took time away from his time with his family to help get us home safely. Top notch human being right there.”

There are many workshops that can be attended as a team to help us stay current with everything and learn all there is to taking care of children in the age range the facility levels up to and after school children as well.”
“I have been to this autozone on two seperate occasions. Once when I was dealing with issues with my truck and once when my wife’s car had an issue. On both occasions I was extremely stressed and worried about what was going on with my vehicles. And on both occasions, an employee by the name Ricky T, possibly (Rickey T.), absolutely went above and beyond my expectations more than I can even put into words. He was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Each time he effectively diagnosed and fixed the issue and gave me peace of mind. Absolutely the best customer service interaction I have ever had. Absolutely gained a customer for life. I’m not sure if he is the store manager but if not he should be. I was absolutely blown away by his kindness and how much he went out of his way to help me. 10 out of 10 no doubt”
“Unfortunately I wrecked my brand new car and Gregg Orr Collision was amazing and turned a horrible situation into an awesome experience. I didn’t get to meet anyone in the pain or tech departments but they did an amazing job fixing my car! The paint matches perfectly and it looks brand new again. The sales rep, Christian, was absolutely the best!! I can’t thank him enough he was so compassionate and kind, he kept me updated and informed on every step and detail and sent me videos and pictures throughout the process and even called to make sure everything was going smoothly after I picked it up. “I never write reviews, but after the experience I had here, I needed to come and give them 5 stars. My car broke down on the side of the interstate early into a 15 hour drive and no auto shops would even take a look at it. I could tell Anderson's was busy too, as cars were packed in the parking lot. But they got me in right away and it ended up being a simple issue that took little time to fix. If they wouldn't have taken me in, I would have been stuck in the area over the weekend. Very down to earth, kind people that know what they're doing. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank y'all again for saving me in a rough patch !”

“Went in for a water pump replacement and a couple of other minor details on my T680. I was greeted by Wayde in Service. Very nice guy. Offered a complementary truck overall check. And pointed out a couple of details that need to get fixed but not critical. Work was done fast and efficient. Technicians where knowledgeable and very nice to talk to. They also made sure all systems where good before they let me back on the road. Great service.”
