First off, don't buy the total tech membership it's a total scam. They say the can fix issues that come up but when I bring in a keyboard that I bought from them they say "you have to call the supplier for the warranty". Then what is the point of your protection plan that I paid extra for. TOTAL SCAM

Sad to say I will never buy another thing from bestbuy. I went to the Texarkana store was buying a home theater system. They sold me a projector some sonos speakers and said it would work perfectly together, along with a ceiling mount for the projector and screen for the wall. Close to 5 grand in total. However the components were not compatible, so went back then they sold me a receiver for 270 + dollars, and said that should work. Took the receiver back talked to them they told me they could order TV that would work with the sonos speakers so i returned the projector then was charged a 255 dollar restocking fee ridiculous when they could not even sell me a system that would work together. Management was no help. So needless to say I ended up going to Walmart to get a TV that was compatible with the speakers. Bestbuy has lost a long time customer.

Had the most frustrating experience buying something, but it wasn’t the employees fault, it was Best Buy. The problem was I couldn’t use my wife’s best buy card to pay, however, I could do it online ??♂️ridiculous.
