The insurance agency did great, very patient. The mechanics of getting Allstate engaged are a little cumbersome - rates not the best but I purchase with a high value on customer service, haven't had a negative with them yet.

I like this agency. Been with Caleb about a year now when I first called I spoke to someone who gave me a quote that didn’t work & I was discouraged. BUT Caleb himself called me back and won me back over.
