I got my car scheduled in for an oil change and tire rotation over the phone. They got me in a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and were done in about the time that was given. I'm thankful for the shuttle service for getting me back to work and coming back to pick me up once my car was done. I waited maybe 10 mins before the shuttle arrived at the dealership. Katie and Vanessa are professional and informative. This is a great place to do business.

I had a great experience getting my oil change at Kia. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The service was completed in a timely manner, and everything was clearly explained without any pressure. It’s refreshing to receive honest, efficient service. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance.

My engine light came on so I immediately went to Classic Kia service to see what was happening!! It seemed it was a communication error so no imminent danger!! We set an appointment for the very next day, and they were truthful with me that they couldn't identify what was causing the error. However, they assured me they would solve it. They gave me a courtesy call and after a few days my 2025 Sorento was as good as new!!!
Love the employees at this dealership!!!! They are friendly, courteous and truthful!!!

Had a tire problem that was NOT kia's fault. They contacted the tire company for me and the tire company was plain rude and uncooperative. The service department manager replaced the tire anyway. The service dept at kia is top notch! They also washed and vacuumed my car. Everyone that works in the kia service department in texarkana was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and empathetic. Thank you, your the best!
