Not a good experience. My son got the car but did not get tags in time and they also didn’t give the proper person his proof of insurance. No one seems to be able to answer questions when you call or ask questions. They constantly say they will have someone call you back but they never do. Customer service needs work and someone is dropping the ball on the tags aspect.

Meme is the best salesperson I've met in awhile, she kept a smile on her face and tried her best to answer every question we had for her if she wasn't sure she didn't mind finding out the correct information we need more salesman like MEME SHE WAS WONDERFUL I GIVE HER 10 STARS

Great place to get a car, especially if your credit is not very good at all. The staff members and sales associates are just really nice and friendly and helpful. I got my car from this place and it was a life saver for me, considering I had no car to my name and very little saved up for a down payment. Id definitely recommend coming here before you go anywhere

Not a fan of the customer service here awful customer service skills when you need something oh yeah they'll give you a couple of days after 6 months having the vehicle nowhere have I or my wife ever been so disrespected after purchasing a vehicle it's also funny how when a customer wants to tell them how disrespectful and no helpful they are they hang up!!...why because they don't want to hear it because they know how they are being to customers treat customers right more business comes I'm sure many customers are disrespected by them and they could care less why cuz people still come they say they help you out with your credit but I really haven't seen much of a change on my report either
