I’m not one to go in and shop. I was able to communicate through text message with Miss Melissa. She was able to send actual photos of the jewelry and we were able to work out a deal before I ever came in the store very convenient and professional

Your staff are very sweet and caring. They know what they doing and the most important to me personally, they don't chase you through the store trying to force you to buy something.

Amanda and Whitney were very accommodating and very congenial. Helped with a watch and an install of a bracelet, as I was afraid that I would scratch the watch, if I tried. Very very good service. They did end up having to keep the watch overnight, but the next morning it was installed and ready for sizing. Thank you very much for everything!

I LOVE Crocker's Jewelry! Melissa and the entire staff are always so friendly and helpful! I just upgraded my center stone to an oval 2 ct diamond and it is gorgeous! One of the prettiest rings I've ever seen! Thank you all!

From the moment I entered the door I was greeted and treated kindly. My visit today was for a maintenance check on my jewelry, and the service was friendly and efficient. While waiting I found a fun bracelet, which is easy to do as they have a variety of items in a wide price range. I was offered refreshments and smiles. Wonderful experience!

Melissa was so helpful. I was needing a very specific ring, in a very short time frame!! I had been out of state and was trying to get the exact ring I was needing with no luck! I told Melissa when I walked in I had an impossible task with an impossible timeline. She just said “let’s see what we can do”. With in minutes we had the PERFECT ring and she made it all possible! I have always use Crockers but due to my time frame and being away from home I tried a different route but thankfully I came back to Crockers and they again made it all perfect!

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, even security personnel very nice. The only question I had that no one could answer is….I was just in the store the day before looking at necklaces. I went in the next day to purchase the necklace and the price had gone up $5. No one seem to know why that happened. None the less, I purchased the necklace for my daughter for Christmas and all is well. Thank you all for your friendly service

This was my first time coming in and was promptly greeted and taken care of. My wife always came here to service her jewelry and never told me how good their customer service is. The lady sat me down with a cup of coffee while they serviced my watch battery and cleaned/inspected my wife’s wedding rings & pendant. Customer service is top notch here, even the armed security guard was very friendly and polite. Great shop to visit…very cozy!
