Set at drive through for 30 before the first person in line pulled out. Try to buy something inside they have no one at the register. If CVS can't afford employees, they should shut their doors.

Scheduled my COVID test for travel here. The test took an hour to prepare with cars piling up behind me. I asked if I could pull while they prepared my test but they said everyone in line was waiting for a COVID test. I got a text message a day later that they could not process my results because it was missing a unique identifier. I called to see what that meant and they just said I would need to test again. This was time sensitive as I was trying to leave the country.

7 vehicles in line and no one has moved since I pulled up 30 min ago, after being on hold 40 min to make sure the prescriptions were filled. This place needs new management.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I'm new to the area and my provider called my covid medications to this pharmacy. After waiting over 24 hours, I decided to call for the status of my prescription. I held for over an hour and decided to drive up to the store. To avoid exposing people to covid, I went to the drive up and sat there for over 30 minutes. I was forced to go inside and expose everyone!! When I asked about my prescription, they couldn't get it ready for me. I explained they've had it for over 24 hours, she shrugged her shoulders. GO TO CVS INSIDE TARGET - I transferred my Prescription there and they filled it immediately!!! This place should be ashamed or embarrassed... or, both.

They usually have one person working the drive up and the walk-in. Always have to repeat my name and date of birth several times. Where is the good customer service? No thank you, bye, or is there anything else we can help you with. Just passes through your rx and turns away. This has happened before Covid 19 so they can't blame that. I have gone to pickup rx that shows it's ready, drive up and they don't have it ready. I have had to wait in line as long as 30 minutes. I will be looking for a new pharmacy.

Based on today's wait at pharmacy, previous waits, and previous attempts to explain poor service to managers--CVS needs to get serious about customer service!! They need a toal revamp of their pharmacy setup, system & structure, and need to triple their staff!

I can appreciate what the previous review has reported. The personnel here do not seem to value the customers. They obviously have their own agenda and probably need to be secret shooed more frequently. In addition, people who "drive up " to the pharmacy window appear to have greater importance than the ones who actually took the time to walk in the door. I was on my was to a family reunion and had traveled from Fort Worth. By the time I got to Texarkana I realized I needed my prescription refilled. I verified that they had it via a telephone call, yet they said they were unable to hold it for me When I arrived I received a run around about insurance. I called insurance as instructed and was told there was no issue. Insurance lad was very kind and helpful, she even called the pharmacy on the number provided when I was inside. They never answered. She told me all was ok. They only needed to type a label for a box - no pill counting etc. it was still a 90 minute wait. I would go far out of my way before returning here with my business. Best of luck to future customers.
