Their ruthless and very disgusting that makes my stomach turns upside down with a sour taste.
The old woman named (Brenda).

Found packing tape we needed. Was waited on by a guy named kyle. Super nice guy. We will be back because of him. No one else even tried to help us. That store has just about anything a person could need.

Tuesday 01/09/2024 website indicates pharmacy opens at 9 AM I arrive 903 AM, closed. A young lady was there prior to me that seemed knowledgeable of what was going on. The Pharmacist was driving in from the Dallas area but not unusual for him to be late. She also commented CVS have tech and Pharmacist quit all the time. At 9:35 AM I left, still no Pharmacist. I returned later in the day so I could wait in line to get my subscriptions. Two ladies working as cashiers. Apparently one customer at the counter paid with cash but the cashier did not have enough cash to make change so off she goes to find money. While I was awaiting for another prescription all the lights went out in the entire Target and CVS. Then the cashier announced it would be a good minutes before the computers would be in operation, CVS if you have someone that is a Regional Manager over these Texarkana stores you need to terminate them. Look at your reviews on all your stores. I will be looking for another Pharmacy.

This place has the worst pharmacist ever! I called to speak with someone about the correct insurance information they need to add to their system to cover my son prescription. When I called I spoke with the actual pharmacist. I went to explaining to him about the insurance. He literally cut me off wouldn’t let me get one word in. When I told him the way he was speaking to me and wouldn't let me get a word in was very unprofessional and I tried to remind him I am the customer not him. I also explained that as a pharmacist he was not being professional once again. With my experience in the medical field and holding a high position I know this behavior is unacceptable. However Jerry the pharmacist told me he didn't care who I was and what my job title was what was my point!! I ask to speak with another manager he said he was the manager and my point was... He never tried to solve the solution nore even give me a fair chance to explain my call. This was unacceptable and I will definitely be reporting this in the morning and definitely not coming back to this pharmacy.

Customer service stinks here. My insurance required a call from the pharmacist to get a code, have them the direct number, and they refused to do it. Called Walgreens and had the script transferred and they took care of everything.

Pharmacy hours open at 9. Go in and pharmacy is closed because the pharmacist is stuck in traffic in Mt Pleasant. Check google maps, no traffic in Mt Pleasant but a little in Mt Vernon. Go back two hours later, pharmacy will not open until this afternoon. Ridiculous!! Walgreens and CVS suck! I’m moving to College Hill pharmacy.

Cvs pharmacy inside target has been my fave pharmacy for quite some time now, everyone is very helpful, friendly they work quickly to get your prescription filled so you are in and out inno timeI've never had to wait tin line, however I guess that depends on what time you go in to pick up.

Went inside so I could get some stuff from the pharmacy plus pick up some prescriptions. The pharmacy was locked up like fort Knox with no signs or anything around. And there was only one person that I could find working in the entire store. She was helping someone at the photo booth, and the people in front of me had issues with the cell scan so we were standing there waiting until the cashier to take a break and come over and fix the thing then she had to go back over to help the photo people which in turn left us standing in line while the other lady's scan each item in singly and pay for it (what looked like her son was trying to rush her but she was not trying to hurry or be considerate of the people behind her) so something that should have been an in-and-out quick visit turn into almost 15-minutes. Between the lack of employees and pharmacy issues I am thinking about switching my prescriptions.

What a poor representation of CVS Pharmacy Department. I have been using CVS for many years and never have I been met with such rudeness. The Pharmacist denied my prescription fill with no explanation and slammed the drive thru window in my face. I went in the store to learn more and he could be heard talking about inappropriate things with staff members because of that I went to find a store manager instead. The store manager explained if the prescribing doctor is 30 or more miles away it’s the Pharmacist decision. Simple. I get it however what I don’t get is the behavior of the Pharmacist. May I also add I WAS a CVS customer with a record of prescription refills and my insurance was on file and current. It costs nothing to be kind you never know what a person may be going through.

The employee in this store started a whole scene and humiliated me in front of other customers by calling me racist! All I asked was to be checked out because I waited 10 mins for her to check me out while she helped a customer find something in the store. I asked could she just check me out then go back to helping her. She stated she was by herself working. I told her I waited 10 mins. Then told her checking customers out should be priority. I said cuz you were helping your person back there. I got yelled at because of saying your person. She said who is your people. That I was racist. I told her I was not racist ever have been in life ever. She got to the point where she threatened to call the cops on me for saying you people and tried to ban me from the store.. and I was HUMILIATED in front of 3 customers and I was only trying to be checked out by a service desk person. She even grabbed items out of my hand and told told me to get out of the store. There are LAWS AGAINST RACISM even reverse racism. And this is an ethics policy I know cvs enforces for their employees to follow!! I've never been humiliated in public like this. And I will climb the chain nonstop to make sure my voice is heard. Racism is not okay no matter who and where you work!! This worker was out of line and disorganized with starting unnecessary verbal violence towards me unnecessarily. She attacked me without cause. This is absolutly not okay
