The customer service is really bad, we went to the self checkout because no one was at the register. But the self checkout is 5 items or less “which is dumb” but we only had 7 items. So we scanned our things then had to wait on a lady to scan some code, because it’s 5 items or less. She got mad at us because she wasn’t at the register. Then she says “I’ll just scan it since y’all scanned more items anyway” in a very rude tone. If y’all don’t want to sit at the register, then allow more items to be scanned at the self checkout. We miss the old people that worked at the dollar genral, not these new people

I asked for help on getting the price for the cool dry shirts that are displayed by this price discount the cashier says those shirts are not included in the sale I asked her to show me the price displayed for the cool dry shirts.. but she went to help someone at the register instead

Great little neighborhood grocery with employees that care. I got chased down taking pictures, but they were cool once I said I'm JAFO.
It's well lit, clean and it has a decent selection of products for a neighborhood grocery. I'd give it six stars, but their registers and loyalty program are a pain. So hard to look up your coupons and the system always breaks down or freezes in the middle of my transaction.
