I picked up a special order today, and in shopping at Dollar Tree for 10 plus years, I have NEVER BEEN TALKED TO AND TREATED DISRESPECTIVELY BY STORE MANAGER LIKE TODAY. THIS MANAGER NEEDS LESSONS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I needed a (cake carrier) they had in past. The lady at checkout called the manager,& she went to the store room & brought them up front. These two ladies went above & beyond to help me with a Much needed item.

Took wife to get some items. She found what she needed. Checkout was fast and easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Store was clean.

9:39 am and store should be open. A woman sitting in her car shouted to me as I was walking up that they were closed and something about someone supposed to show up with a key. Rather inconvenient, let’s get it together Dollar Tree!

Very friendly staff. I love the fact that you can buy name brand products for such a low price. If you are on a budget or looking for a deal I would recommend coming by and seeing if they have what you are looking for. The staff is very helpful and they will go out of their way to help you.

Between 2020-2021 I was merch manager I thought I was doing good I did open then store a couple time late that's why then let me go I guess I will say between working there and shopping there are completely different working there they play favoritism if your not part of there click they will find a way to get rid of u even if its some B/S type of way but that being said now shopping there when I worked there was organized full even thought it was just me running my truck and the front end and stocking cause no one did what they where supposed and it was left on me knowing that was my first manager position and I was new to the company
