The clerk at this store somehow created 2 Sezzle loans for an item I split payment with and the manager will not resolve the issue. So I have paid $850 for a $500 item due to an error in the EZ pawn system and even though they are receiving my over payments they will not correct the issue. I filed a dispute with Sezzle and EZ pawn shut it down. Completely crooked and shady business.
Im not sure what other information they are asking for in their reply and corporate hangs up on you so all around as a business and corporation this place is shady.

The staff at this location lacks customer service. Went into the store to look around and the store closed at 6 and upon trying to go into the store the door was locked and they were putting up product before 6. How can the door be locked and you putting up product before 6 when the store clothes. I guess they don’t want customers to shop or make money. Worst customer service will be talking to corporate on Monday.
