I tried calling about my work equipment and it sent me to their customer service. Customer service tried contacting this location and was hung up on and then call ignored.

Lost my package and delivered to the wrong house. It’s been almost a week since my delivery date and they still haven’t solved my issue and they have poor communication skills.
