its a pain to ship fedex. 5 locations before i found one that could do it, and they got it done here.

I had a Walmart return which I had an email with a prepaid shipping label QR code. I was told they only accept boxes that had labels. They proceeded to tell me to use a printer nearby that would provide a shipping label . I followed every direction to the T the printer literally charged me 53 cents just to print out instructions on how to obtain a shipping label. The lady at the counter was absolutely no help and seemed oblivious. The man at the front desk kept saying I'll have to let Sam know as if I know who Sam is. Needless to say I never got my 53 cents back and was not able to ship my package don't waste your time here they're not properly trained and haven't a clue as to what's going on. PS I haven't seen a shipment Center that doesn't have the technology to scan a QR code in 10 years they are way behind the times.

They have remodeled the old place and made it a little easier to get in and out.

Paid 24 dollars to ship an envelope to Tyler. 36 hours later its still not there. I could have driven there and back in 6 hours. Waste of money.

Very quick service not too crowded. Entrance to the right of the building. see photo. I'm trying to go to a local FedEx drop box and it said that it had already been picked up one hour before was supposed to been picked up. Therefore I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to make certain that this package is sent back.
