It's very sad to see what the mall has become. Half the stores are closed and the food court is lacking greatly. It's still an OK place to go shopping and grab a bite to eat while you're there, but the options are limited and the whole store feels so barren and lackluster. On the upside, there are things for kids to do: An arcade/blacklight putt putt place, a little play center for kids to run around and burn energy in, and a chuckecheese on the exterior.

It's a small, old Mall but it's maintained well. Clean bathrooms. There are a few nice clothes & shoe stores, Bath and Body works, Victoria Secret, nail salons, eateries, convenient store, game room, glow in the dark golf, perfume store...etc.

Nice variety and cute things in every department. Great deals but still a little pricey. The staff was great and very cordial. No wait in line either.

It's definitely not the Mall I remember for the 90 s but what is? The shopping for quality clothing has gone down. It's sad people have to go out of town to shop for nice clothes and shoes. This was one of the main attractions for Texarkana. People would go here to avoid Dallas or Little Rock. Texarkana can do better.

Went to get some jeans for myself. Found a pair that fit well and was on sale. Checkout was fast and easy. The young lady was very helpful and pleasing and professional.

This mall has went downhill majorly. Bealls, childrens place, crazy 8, is no more. I usually find at least something at shoe dept but not today. I found nothing to buy in the whole mall.... except I let my children get some candy from candy craze. Parts of the mall felt a little deserted and unsafe. In one shoe store the lights were dimmed the worker was on his phone didn't even say hi. What a waste of time. It's really sad to see in store shopping going downhill. I hate shopping shoes online but these stores are more or less forcing customers to by keeping very limited selection.

Very limited to what they had. Who ever owns the mall must be charging top much to rent spaces. A lot of them where vacant. Lids was limited to a kiosk and not a store front.

Honestly, don’t know how much longer this mall will last. Most shops close early and even on a Friday or Saturday night the place is lifeless. Not even a coffee shop inside. The kids play area is dirty with a stained rug. Just sad. The only place that is busy and worth visiting is the Chick Fil A inside.

Getting to be fairly empty. I remember going there as a kid and it was always busy. I only go in now for a few specific stores and don't do much browsing anymore.

The mall is spacious and clean. Great place to walk around and get out of heat. Love seeing the recruiting offices all together.

I don't know where they find the people they hire now days. I've been shopping at finishline for a long time, move away for about 2 1/2 years, come into finishline and the workers are rude. Ordered some shoes and the lady wanted to argue with me about my shoes being there. She finally decided to look and there they were. A few weeks earlier I went in and no one even acknowledged I was in the store and one girl was to busy feeding her face. Needless to say they want be getting my business anymore, they should hire new people or just shut down and let another business rent the space. So my advice if you want good customer service, foot action or champs.

Recently found out that store manager and assistant were let go. Something underhanded went on, so the new employees that were behind it replaced them. I will no longer shop there and encourage you to do the same.

Usually have some pretty good sales, make sure to check the stuff on clearance first!
