“Thrilled, overjoyed, thankful! I was in need of a last-minute flower arrangement(on a Wedding and homecoming filled Saturday) for my mother-in-law for her birthday. As I live 3 1/2 hrs away, I had to phone in my order. I was told to ask for Tom—he answered right away and put me at ease! I gave him my budget and he nailed it!!
