Wouldn't repair my 12 pro swollen battery and Recommended that I didn't try because it was dangerous. Didn't even look at my phone for 2 seconds. So thanks Ava, for nothing. I went to Customer 1st SP Repair on Kennedy Lane and he fixed me up in 20 minutes!

I had to upload a lot of things on my own even though I had my computer at the Texarkana Texas location all week longer than I had anticipated I am not impressed with the geek squad at all.

This group at Geek Squad are a JOKE!! I needed to upgrade my laptop from windows 8 to windows 10 and they wanted to charge me over $400.00 and not restore anything I needed and said within 6 months my computer would be corrupt and un-useable. I went to Texarkana Computer and John B. did everything I need for $250.00 and said I should be good for 5 to 7 more years. I've used Geek Squad in the previous city I lived in (Baltimore, MD) and had no issues. Don't use this group, they're just full of it, not helpful and want to rip you off with the charges.

Don't use Geek Squad at Best Buy in Texarkana, have an appointment there are several workers around and I get no help.Well I went back later to talk to Geek Squad and I talked with Adolfo, he was great! Adolfo explained everything to me, showed me what to do to get my computer right. Wish I could make sure he would get a raise!!

Chad and Daniel brought out our fridge this morning. They were smart, kind and respectful. They were quick and efficient but did a great job paying attention to every detail and removed all the little pieces of plastic for us. Absolutely wonderful experience, thank you!
