We contacted them and they were very rude! They are not professionals and said they would not take this service! It was just mowing the grass and applying pesticides. We asked for a reason and he told us he didn't need to give us a reason! Will not be recommended!

I went here today to look at there Japanese maple selection and it is amazing. I was impressed with there selection of trees and they were in great ! Condition too! The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I will be buying all my trees from here in the future.Update I just couldn’t help myself so I came back and bought me a fire glow Japanese maple and I’m glad I did . I just planted it in the ground and I just love it ! I’m sure I will enjoy for years to come.

I bought a 3 gallon milkweed plant, but a day after I have noticed the plant was infested with a tiny yellow particles and black bugs under most of leaves. So I treated a soapy water solution. A week passed, it was in the same condition. I called a week later to exchange or refund. They refused to do so because plants has to be healthy as it left yard when I asked for the company refund policy. I asked if it is written. She said no. It is absurd. And all of her plants are healthy in her shop. I will never business with this company again. Trying so hard to not to exchange fir another with a different excuses.Absolutely, this bad customer service will lose all of their clients if they serve them in this manner. I spent hundreds of dollars there in the past.

This is the GREATEST nursery I have been to in a long time. Prices are amazing, vegetable and flower 6 packs were almost $3 a 6 pack cheaper than all the places I have purchased at this Spring.The man and woman who helped my cousin and I were amazing. Very knowledgeable and so helpful.I can't say enough nice and positive things.Just suggest you go check them out. You won't be disappointed

The staff is incredible! They know their stuff and always bend over backwards to help and answer any questions. They have the most beautiful plant selection and I can’t find better prices for this high quality anywhere else. Texarkana is lucky to have H&N.

I called looking for a certain tree.. the lady rang the nursery...but no answer. Waited awhile .. called back.. told the lady I didnt get an answer at the nursery... She proceeds to tell me they were swamped & short staffed. She WAS rude. I'll go else where.

30.00 for a bag of fox farm ocean forest that was 100% dried out. Sure all the beneficial organisms in it died off. Last time I bought 4 at 25.00 each that gave me a gnat infestation.

This is an awesome place to get your Fruit trees, Flowers, Lawn and Garden supplies. They also have yard ornaments, waterfall pots, and just all kinds of neat and awesome stuff there. They are very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously!!! If you need anything for your yard and garden, please give them a go!!! Great day to you!!!
