Was told 4 to 6 weeks to have water damage from a leak under the shower fixed. 8 months out of our home for the repairs to be done. When insurance stopped paying for housing we ended up having to finish the job ourselves. Workers would show up late and leave early. Had to call daily to find out when the workers planned to show up. Leak was under shower, they ripped up every floor in my house but didn't want to take shower out to rip floor up, nor did they even check the hot water heater that was next to the shower. Instead of checking the water pipes after the floors were removed the put new floors in only to turn the water back on and find several busted pipes from the freeze that happened while the floors were out. I had to pay additional deductible to have all the pipes replaced. WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE OR EVER USE THEM AGAIN. Now we are finding out that it may have been the hot water heater that actually caused the damage, and the floor next to the shower that they didn't look at is rotted along with the fllor under the kitchen cabinets that they refused to take out and replace the floor under. Only credit I can give them is they did subcontract The Lighthouse Flooring to put in our flooring.

I highly recommend Glenn Henry and his crew. Due to a water leak, I had to have my bathroom and dining room gutted and remodeled. We had a couple of hiccups along the way, but Glenn made sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Adam and Patrick kept my home as clean as possible at the end of each day. They pay attention to detail and keep the customer informed. Honest people doing quality work at a fair price.
