Had an amazing experience here, the nice lady that we spoke with explained everything very well, and in the future if I need a rental I will be contacting her directly, rather than going through booking.com. They do not inform you of the full cost when you use that website, and I was completely taken aback when we went to pick up our rental, as it costs an extra $200 from what we had planned, for the security deposit. We of course got our deposit back, and quickly, but that’s not the point.

We couldn’t get a ride at enterprise because they are liar! We came to hertz and was able to get a much better vehicle for cheaper Leah helped us a lot!!!

We returned our rental a few minutes after hours and used drop box to return the key. Upon receiving card statement , I had been charged $1500 for a $300 expectation. When I asked about the charges, I was told they we didn't return the car and it had been reported stolen. I tried to recover my funds for 2years. A police report from TAPD stated that the car a been recovered 2 years prior near Dallas, Texas. Very rude manager(Leah) I never receive any refund or compensation.

So grateful for Leah on staff here. Rented an "off the truck" car for a business trip. It was... problematic. I ended up with a cracked windshield and a flat tire. It could have been a disaster, but Leah stepped up and made everything right, all while staying positive and professional. Every business could use someone like her. Thank you!
