Your employees walk around and cough on items to be sold to customers and when you try to tell them cover your mouth and then wash your hands or cough in your dent arm any thing to help customers and other employees from not getting sick. Then the guy gets to be a smart ass. "You can leave" as l was told. SO DELETED MY ACCOUNT AND DID THAT AND NEVER TO RETURN. Same day at Lowes purchased over $2600. Of merchandise.

This store has terrible customer service. Don't be in a hurry and don't expect manager to care. He is a real j**** He won't even pretend to care. He is miserable and it shows. Waited over an hour for forklift to bring down product. No offer of help loading cement blocks on cart or truck. What a joke! I am 67 and would think someone might help ya, but not this store.

The best HVAC experience I’ve ever had. I payed just a little more, but the quality I got was way worth it!

Absolute worst. Over the last two days I've spent 40 minutes on hold, and at no time has a live person picked up the phone. Today, day two of trying to speak to someone, I hung up after almost ten minutes and dialed the national number. They put me on hold and a minute later someone from the Texarkana store picked up. After it was established that the item the website says is available in the store isn't actually in the store, I asked why they don't answer their phones, at which point Tina, the woman I was talking to, hung up. I'll drive to Shreveport before I spend any money at the Texarkana store. They suck.

I shop home improvement stores quite a bit and Home Depot is usually where I like to go because of their selection and prices. In that regard, I do prefer them. The last few times I've been in to this location, they only have one checkout lane open and it's for contractors. For some reason they expect everyone else to use the self checkout lane. I find this incredibly annoying and inconvenient.

i do recommend home depot.. have always been able to get what I have needed when it came to whatever I have been doing from yard to home renovation. But needed a washing machine today because ours broke down last night and its 11 years old.. bought a new dryer there 2 yrs ago and walked out with it.. and now want the matching washer.. but today they apparently no longer keep anything in stock. I asked why.. he said there are to many to keep in stock.. and I said well why not at least keep in stock the ones you have on the show floor.. he just looked at me and didn't say anything.. now have to wait a week before we can get a washer. so don't go there for a washer or dryer.. they wont have it. very irritating!

If I could give less then 1 star i would. If you don't know exactly what you need and exactly where it is located you might as well forget it. I will never go to this store again!

As stated above, Home Depot sells installation that they contract out. It can be a nightmare. Miscommunication is normal. Talking with someone at Home Depot "Delivery & Installation Central" doesn't mean that they guys that do the work will ever hear the plan.

Thanks to one of your customers not putting their buggy up and putting it next to my Lincoln I now have $2300.00 worth of damage to the passenger door. I know you can't make your customers put up their buggy's but you can make your employees get them out of the parking lot.

They don't stand behind the Equipment while under Warranty ! They try to pass it own to someone else. My Equipment is still under Factory Warranty, so I contact the Factory, Factory wants me to drive 45 miles to a mom and pop shop and I said no ! I contacted The Home Depot back and their answer is that they would ship it out to one of their service centers for repairs , but can not give me a time as to when to expect my piece of equipment back. So now my garden looks like a hay field ! Way to go "The Home Depot" !!!

Today I arrived at The Home Depot on 4110 St Michael's Drive, Texarkana, Texas. I was greeted by Bobby Mixon and he gave me a shopping cart and told me if I needed any assistance someone would be in the area to provide customer service. I arrived back at the register after finding my tile and Brandy rung me up and I explained to her that I wouldn't be able to lift the tile into the car. While she was calling checking to see who was available I noticed the gentleman that gave me the cart upon entrance to the store was in front of me so Brandy asked Bobby who was available and he said he was. I enjoyed my early morning trip to The Home Depot and Thank you Bobby Mixon for great customer service. Brandy keep that beautiful smile..

This is the most horrid place I ever been. Run by Foreigner women from Brazil. With a very Ill actitud. I was asked to leave the store after I called corporate office. Also run by a Dominican born person. The black chick who thinks she's queen Sheva. Had the nerves after I paid a kitchen designer that Home@ has on staff.told me that only GETTO Slumber land Lords shop there. It's on my cell phone voice recorder. I recorded every thing it went on for ,18 months. This place it's s complete lost off any decent citizen. Specially if you are not hood or slumber land lord. Stay clear off this place. Please
