Closed an hour early on a Saturday night despite their hours clearly saying they were open till 9. It's a Saturday night in a mall and let alone a hot topic which is for people who stay up late. I mean come on.

Me and my 8 year old son loved almost everything in the store. The cashier was very nice and helpful. I love my new hoodie! Love this place!

Was completely ignored by the staff until we grabbed the rod to get our own shirt down then the worker came running over, pushing against an autistic man sending him into a panic without one word of apology, excuse me, nothing.

I walked around several minutes with 2 staff at the register gossiping while completely ignoring all the customers (5-7 of us). There was one younger girl working hard, organizing merchandise that saw me and greeted me. Poor girl she was the only one doing work while the older folks literally stood around talking about people the whole 10 minutes I was there. I even walked near the register to see if they would stop long enough to ask me if I was ready to check out but nothing. So I walked out...to the young girl with blue hair, you are a Rockstar and I know you know your teammates are lousy but don't ever lose your spirit and ethic!

It was okay, I got a cute pair of earrings, it just really doesn't have much to offer anymore, plus the prices are kind of ridiculous honestly.
