this store is so ghetto. we came Christmas shopping here and one of the employees tommie told us to leave and immediately clocked out and was telling us he was going to follow us to the car. we had to involve the police. he was 24 years old mad at a teenager over something that happened years ago. this was so unprofessional- and his manager Elise stood around and didn’t tell him to leave. but honestly ? who can really blame him? I would be pretty miserable if I was in the middle of my 20s having nothing else in life going on besides making 8.50 an hour at some store in the mall.

There was this one guy that was super sweet. I didn't catch his name but he was super chill, and I loved his tats. I got some cute converse and all in all it was a really smooth process.

An employee named Rob (maybe Ron; I have poor hearing) was very friendly and made sure I found a pair of shoes I liked. A very memorable shopping experience because I felt like I made a friend while also finding a cool pair of shoes

This company is way too pushy when it comes to trying to get customers to purchase multiple pairs of shoes, socks, and other accessories in one sale. I understand a business needs to make money, but telling your employees to bring out four pairs of shoes, two pairs of socks, and an accessory is excessive and is both stressful and annoying for both the employees and the customers. I would recommend buying your shoes straight from the Vans, Adidas, Converse, etc. websites instead.
