Store Manager (John) is and was very rude. I feel sorry for the employees at the Texarkana store that has to work for him. And it is very unprofessional to answer a phone call with " what's your name and what do you want". VERY RUDE MAN AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I hope others have a different experience than mine.

Was looking for a double drape rod for a triple window, which is hard to find local. Kohls had one and the right color. Plus the price was great! So happy I shopped there!
