Ashley and Deneese both were professional and understanding of my storage needs. I felt that I was valued as a customer because both went out of their way to find not only the best deal suitable for my budget, but also a storage location within close proximity of my home. They were courteous, detailed oriented, and the two made my overall renting experience very pleasant.

Deneese, handles both facilities on New Boston rd perfectly for me!
My hub is at 4030 new boston rd and my packages get delivered at 3626 new boston rd and she does an excellent job at tending both locations.
Everything is cleaned and smells fresh.
I get notifications from her about packages delivered.
She just does all around a wonderful job. (:
