Great customer service I locked my keys. (Phone) inside my unit. I called the manager and she met within 30 minutes. Units are well maintained and you have a feeling of being safe. If I was to give a downside it would be the cost. Not having a storage unit in the past I don’t know what units go for. It did clear up my garage. I am going to keep it. 👍🏻

Increase on storage payment almost every year, can’t for the life of me figure out the why. My storage has been broken into. They have taken the trash bins away from the 7th street unit. Nothing spectacular, just a place to STORE your belongings.

Go back to the standard 'lock' version not this electronic online locks you have now. I do not like the new version. Half the time I can't get reception or access to get into my own storage unit. If I could have used the old standard lock, then could get in to it any time, no issues, ever!!

Jazz is the excellent person for this customer service position. An ideal example of what customer service should look like; extremely friendly, respectful, and highly enthusiastic woman. Knowledgeable about everything pertaining to her job.

On May 22, 24 I called asking questions about there storage information. The lady in the office was a very big help. She meet with us and got us tooken care of fast!

Overall, this is a good storage facility. Adequate security but a little more pricey than I had hoped for. Still, you get what you pay for.

I had a great experience with Lockaway Storage. I wasn’t able to access my unit because the battery was dead so I called them and they replaced the battery that same day and have had no trouble since. Awesome people. Easy to deal and work with!!
