Been calling HR for a week every time I call she's conveniently not available or has already left the building which is funny because the girl told me to call today that she would be in and the woman I spoke with very rudely said she's on vacation I said that's funny I've been calling her for a week she said well she'll be gone for a week it's almost like they just don't want to hire people. Cool moving on.

Terrible customer service always have an issue purchasing something online or through the phone and the its magically out of stock once I get to the store to pick it up!

Adamantly would not answer the phone. Called 4 times got hung up on twice and 20 mins of ringing. Either Lowes isn't suppling enough employees or the employees simply don't care. Absolutely ridiculous

Lowes is my all time favorite store. You can just about get everything you need for home and garden. The staff is helpful and the store is well stocked.

Went to Lowe’s to get estimates on home windows, they said someone would be out to measure and talk to us, that’s been almost two months ago, they didn’t show didn’t call, nothing so we went to a local place who was happy to help… lowes here isn’t very good

I’ve delivered many flatbeds loads to many lowes stores across the country and I’ve never seen this level of incompetence from the receiving department. If there’s a line of 7 trucks waiting they will attempt to make the one that will take the longest wait until last to unload even if that truck was there first, and had an appointment. Terrible and inefficient system for unloading trucks. No regard for the drivers’ time.

Had to wait in line for twenty minutes, because someone didn't get their job done,, when anything is marked down on clearance, it needs to be changed in the register then, not wait.
