Logan is a great piercer! I got my nose and my friend got her ears and he was very professional and knowledgeable! He was also very patient and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience! Would def recommend.

I'm following up from another incident that the owner attempted to fix months ago. She supplied me with a lifetime discount card, which I was appreciative since I had a very unpleasant experience there months back. Well, I came into the store using my discount card a few days ago, and the girl at the counter was very nice at first. After she rang me up, I noticed that she didn't give me my card back. I asked her about it and she suddenly gave me a lot of attitude, stating that they're supposed to keep the cards. I told her that mine was different and I was supposed to get it back. She did give it back, but the attitude is what I had the issue with. A negative, unprofessional incident like this is why the owner offered me a permanent discount card to begin with. I reached out to Sandy (owner) about this, and she stated the girl didn't know about the card. I reiterated that this lady had an attitude with me when I simply told her I was supposed to get the card back. The owner just flat out ignored me and did nothing about it. I then asked her if she wants me to just return the card since I will NEVER step foot in this store again. I'm pretty sure she'll ignore that too. I've never dealt with so much rudeness and unprofessional behavior since me and my baby moved to this place. I've never once had these types of issues at the store on Stateline. From what I understand, this issue with MP is a well-known one, which is why many people have stopped patronizing it. Go at your own risk.
