So look, im a long time loyal customer of O'Reilly's. They are usually super knowledgeable, helpful, and dont try to sell you parts or products you dont need. I was more than disappointed when I went in asking if they could check my power steering fluid level, (my Dad even recommended I go here for help with it!!) and sell me the right fluid if it was low. Much to my shock, I was told nope, you can go next door for that, but they are closed right now, maybe try back another day. So, I got in my car, drove a little ways down to Auto Zone, and asked THEM for help. The guy I asked simply replied absolutely I can help you with that, just let me check these guys out first and im all yours. Just a few min later her came out to my car, looked under the hood, showed me where the reservoir is, and the levels where it should be. Sure enough, it was low. We went inside, he looked up the right fluid for my car, went to isle and got it for me, even sold me the smallest bottle since it wasnt super low, and even helped me add it. (He said hes not supposed to add it, but he could show me how to). That's the experience I can usually expect from O'Reilly's!!!! It seems this location however is only interested in doing the required, bare minimum duties, and would rather send customers to a Quick Lube for help vs be bothered to do anything not completely necessary. Just to be clear, there were 3 men working. While only one asked what I needed then quickly turned me away, the other 2 watched him do it and didnt offer any help either. There was only 1 other customer, (who came in after I did), and all 3 were just standing around talking. So, this wasnt a matter of not having the time or employees available to help either. Hopefully management will see this and address it. Not sure ill be back to this location.

I've been there 3 times this week and had to wait 15-20 minutes each time because only 2 workers we're working the front. Line to the door. They need more workers at the front. I could hear some in the back but never seen them. Now looking at past reviews it seems the problem hasn't been fixed for a few years. Phone was constantly ringing and no one answering the calls. Plenty of workers in the back cursing and having a good time. Not good

I want to give a warm thank you to Mr. Jim. Saturday I went and got a few things priced and Mr. Jim was so patient with me. I didn't feel rushed and he in no way made me feel out of place or unwelcome. He looked up all the items I had on paper, priced each one and comforted me when I thought I'd faint, 🤩 he even explained why they were needed and that I had come to the right place. THANK YOU MR. JIM.
Monday, I went and purchased some of the parts I needed. Mr. Charles assisted me this time. He was equally helpful, patient and welcoming. Even carried those parts to my car and was such a gentleman. (Been a long while since I've had anyone take the extra step like that). I'm very pleased with my experience at this location and I will be back. CHARLES, U ARE A DARLIN AND I THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP AS WELL.
O'Reilly, you have some good men doing great work. Thank ya'll for all you do. 🥰🥰 I'll be back.

Called this store and the phone rang 30 times and then was cancelled. Called back and phone was answered but immediately hung up on. Called a 3 time and phone rang 30 times no answer. Undoubtably the manager is not running the business and is loosing out on customers so I will get my parts online and have them shipped in and Oriellys can loose another customer.

Never enough help in this store. 2 people behind the counter just won’t cut it. Other employees walking around in back stocking, or whatever while customers walk out the door. Why can’t they jump in an help???

Not sure what was going on today but I waiting for a while to buy a quart of oil. Wasted some of my lunch real trying to do so. They were so extremely slow I gave up and left.

Buy a transmission from these guys you might just want to go ahead and shoot yourself in the foot now. Won't honor warranty. And of course they replied to this review, wanted me to reach out to them at the same email they started ignoring.
