The facility is friendly and welcoming when you arrive. Everything is done to make the experience positive. Great care is given to ensure a clean and healthy environment. What makes PAM Health Specialty Hospital stand out is the caring, professional staff. They provide the knowledge, skill, and resources to improve the patient’s health. I am very pleased with the progress my husband has made so far and expect even more in the future.

There are a lot of great employees that work here and care so much about their patients’ outcomes. People who come here are terribly sick and often times they very literally walk out and get to return home! It’s amazing.

Worst company ever to work for! I had the unfortunate experience of working there for a few years while covid hit and assigned to the covid unit. What I saw happen here during covid made me leave healthcare after 27 years. I had a patient code 3 times in one night, patient passed away, been there 6 weeks in the unit. It was around 11 pm and housekeeping gone for the day. My CEO called the charge nurse and says we have a patient in route to be admitted to this patients room, he didn't care if it was cleaned, he literally told the charge nurse to tell me to go clean it with sani-clothes which is not protocol for cleaning covid rooms or any room for that matter. Rolled that patient in the room with the last patients bodily fluids all over the floors, the man was ambulatory and the CEO said to keep him out of the bathroom and give him a urinal. I've never seen nothing like it ever in terms of non infection control. That covid money is hard to pass up when you are receiving millions per quarter as bonuses. I could write a book on this place and probably will that I don't have to worry about getting black balled in the medical community. My own father fell gravely with covid pneumonia, I would not allow him to be admitted at post acute, I had him sent to the other local unit and I went in his room every day to make sure they were compliant and not leaving him for dead. I would not even allow post acute to care for my dog. The incompetence is grave concern. Don't get me started on the covid fraud which was rampant.

Thank you to PAM for caring for my MIL. I really want to recognize some special people that played a key role in her care. Nurse Candice and Nurse Darren we love you all beyond words. Nurse Alexis thank you, and praying for a safe, healthy delivery.(twins hopefully ????) Case manager Chris, thank you sir for listening to our family. To Mrs Cheryl who did my MIL dyalisis we love you????To The respiratory team, thank you. We are forever grateful to the ones who showed us real compassion and provided the best care for our loved one. Thank you again

They have a lot of good staff. The nurses are pretty intentive, but it becomes hard when they work short staffed.One of the biggest problems is I came home from there and the same day I came home I was sent to the hospital.by my nurse and the hospital showed me covid positive.If you go here make sure you buy instant coffee. The facility can't find a machine to make it.I personally don't know if I would go back. One is I don't have any insurance outside of Medicaid and they don't take that.The wound care staff is lazy.

I have been an employee at PAM for over 5 years. Our patient's are our first priority. I love my job and I love my PAMILY. I will always go above and beyond for my patients and my coworkers. We take pride in our jobs and want to make the patient experience the best. You can't go wrong when you choose PAM.
