I would not recommend this business. They are unorganized, dishonest and do not care about the customer. We reserved a 10’x10’ unit months in advance before our move. The day we arrive, we are given a 5’x10’ unit. When we went back to the office to look for the staff, there was no one in sight. We waited over an hour before finally finding someone who said there were no 10’x10’ units available. Also note we were paying unloaders by the hour. We asked to be moved to the next size up for the mistake but with the same price as originally agreed. We signed new contract and unloaded our belongings. A month later, we get an invoice for the original 5’x10’ unit with the wrong unit number. We called the manager to try to get it corrected again and was told we either had to pay the monthly rate for the larger unit or move our things again to another (now available) 10’x10’ unit. No thanks, we will be moving to another business.

You can not get in your building after 8pm that is absolutely ridiculous it's too hot any other time if you had time to do it any earlier & having your own code to get in what the hell could happen that you wouldn't know who did it. I don't understand that early!

IF THERE WAS A ZERO SELECTION FOR THIS I WOULD SELECT IT. THESE ARE THE UHAUL THIEVES THAT I PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED. THEY CHARGED ME $328 and some odd change on a move locally that I initially rented to move further away. I also rented a trailer for my vehicle that I didn't have to pick up to use because I ended up moving my things to storage in the same town of Nash, TX. I went back to try to get storage keys that I accidentally locked in the truck, but they would not give them to me. They never refunded any of my money but tried to charge me an extra $232. Do not deal with this company period. From Nash to Desoto to Camp Wisdom, Texas they were the WORST EVER!!!
