Went to Torrid to find a top for a special occasion. Wasn’t greeted as we entered, 2 ladies standing behind the counter talking and looked and said nothing. Found what I needed without help. They used to treat customers better and acted like they enjoyed working there. I know retail is hard. I’m going to order online... read full comment
