I live in Louisiana but my 77 year old father lives in texarkana. We arranged for a POD delivery of a 12ft, thinking it was big enough for his items. Once arrived we noticed that it was not big enough. I was told that I would need to pay 178.00 to have the new brought out, but Andy was so kind and said that he would take care of it for me. I really appreciate that and would recommend pods to anyone in need of self storage. They even have helpers to help you move if you need that service as well.

I had PODS delivered and picked up by JaRoyce with PODS. He was very nice, polite, friendly and efficient. They actually called me to deliver my PODS earlier and the same for pick up. JaRoyce was very considerate of the placement and took great care of my property, getting it to its location. It’s too bad that not everyone can have JaRoyce as their PODS representative.

Very easy and much easier than a moving truck. Take ur time loading pod, select date for it to me moved, and then take you time unloading and your new location. Don't have to load and unload, like with a moving truck, in one day.

We have had a great experience from drop-off and pick up in Washington, to drop-off in Texas. The manager in Texarkana was VERY helpful. The next available delivery day was weeks out and he helped get out pod to us sooner. Jamie D was such a gentleman and was very helpful also. Thank you PODS!
