I was passing thru Texarkana and needed my oil changed in my Ford rv. I stopped in to ask if they could accommodate me. Sonia told me they could do it right away. I want to thank her for getting my vehicle serviced. Great people.

do not purchase a vehicle from these people, purchased brand new truck and at 3,300 miles the tires fell apart i called them and they wont do anything about it!! all it is is a hassle now and im without a tire they dont care about customers after you purchase!!! beware purchase anywhere but here!

I've had to come twice in the last 3 weeks and the lady that works the front desk is so rude!! She doesn't greet you and when you just walk up she rolls her eyes without even asking if I need something. But the male that walked in right behind me got a "hey, how are you this morning, what can we help you with?"Not to mention I'm back because they sold me the wrong size wipers blades and they act like it's my fault... like they didn't look my vehicle up, walk to the back and hand them to me. Something that was clearly their fault they tried to tell me it was my problem ??♀️Last and final time I'll spend money here

I have a Ford premium maintenance package. First visit I was told all service was out of pocket except my oil change. So I only got my oil changed. Had my dealership back home call them to set things straight. Went back the next weekend to get the rest of my service that’s included in my package. Realized after I got there that they didn’t have my brakes in stock. 5 hours driving kind trip and still don’t have everything I need done.

Never enough mechanics. There should be a person just for tire repair. Customer service by the staff was friendly enough. Just not timely.

The service I receive March 20, 2021 was unprofessional . The gentleman that serviced my f150, driven my vehicle to fast entering the service bay . I had lug nuts that wasn't torqued . He was very upset when he was asked to help with the oil changes . I'm thinking about not continuing my services at Quick Lane , Thanks .

When you budget an hour for an oil change, an they tell you we can have you back in 30 mins, an an hour an 15 mins later they pull ur car back, is anything but quick! What's shameful is there was only 1 ahead of me!

The people are friendly but it is always slow moving here. I come for regular maintenance on my new King Ranch f150 and have to wait over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. For some reason they don’t have an express lane for issues like this. If vehicles in front of you require mechanic work, they will even do mechanical work before they even get to my oil change. Seems like this place needs a little restructuring to fix the slowness.
