We came for the shrimp and the biscuits. Never got the biscuits with our meal. Our waitress until we ask never offered the biscuits, she said oh they are in the oven then we got our salad we ask again, they not ready yet. Brought our food we ask again about the biscuits they are making some up now. Really! We have been here at least 30 minutes. We finished our meal during we ask several time it was excuse after excuse everytime . So while on my way to the restroom I noticed alot of tables with baskets of biscuits. By the time I got back my husband has received the bill and ask for a manager, the manager did give us some to take home and a discount. But you know all we really wanted was biscuits with our meal, and one other thing that didn't set right was the waitress came by after all that and said sorry about that and are you happy now with a sassy attitude. Well not really, paid our bill no tip for her attitude and I thought, are you happy now.

Worst experience we have ever had at any red lobster. So very disappointing. We waited 2 hours just to be noticed by a waitress to get our drinks and then another 2 hours to get our order and they were not busy. Other waitresses and the hostess was very upset that we hadn't been waited on yet. They were also very rude and by the time the alcohol drink were made, they set them on the counter until one melted and the other beer was flat

Korey is a fabulous waiter! He remembers us and greets us . His friendly manner welcomes us and he provides attention to make sure we are not just satisfied but pleased with our meal each time.

Me and my bf had lunch yesterday in cocktail and Jake was absolutely wonderful! He made our experience comfortable and fun! Food was great! Drinks were great! We will definitely be back and hope Jake will be there for us ☺️!

I came in today for fish and chips I saw they were a little busy but not too much because I saw at least 4 servers. So I was seated...I looked over the menu just to kill time, I was on my phone for a while. Now during this time a server passed me at leat 3 times he did not stop to say ma'am I will be with you, no cheddar biscuits or a drink. So I waited until I had enough...Do Better!!! At least acknowledge I'm there and say ma'am it may be a few mins can I get you something while you wait or something. I am very disappointed!!!

My husband is in a wheel chair. The greeter first tried to sit us at a table where he couldn't fit. She gave us a second table and walked away leaving me to move the extra chair and try to find a place it would not be in the way. We ordered feasts. More than 3/4 of the tables were empty but it took a long time to get our meals. Our server was very nice but didn't check our meals. Three items were missing from our meals. The food tasted really good but might be too salty for some.Dietary restrictions: Very salty.Wheelchair accessibility: Wait staff is not trained to seat handicapped people

The restaurant had less than 20 people in it , a line at the door with people waiting to be seated with no one in sight finally she showed up and started seating people, when it was our turn, we wanted a table instead of a booth. We were told that they didn’t have any available, yet there were 5 tables empty within sight, was told they could only seat 3 tables per each of the waitstaff. Manager said it was corporate policy, my question to the manager was how come she didn’t have enough waitstaff working? She couldn’t or wouldn’t answer, keep in mind this was a Saturday night, we left and will not be back

Even though they had plenty of tables open, they gave us a 30 minute wait saying that the servers couldn't handle the tables being full, this is valentine's day they should be prepared for this day. Terrible service

Spent another Anniversary with Red Lobster. This is our 36th. Food was good. Jake, our server, was amazing!! He made sure we always had everything we needed. He made sure our food was what we expected. Will be asking for him when we come back.
