Doing business with RRFCU has been a miserable experience. The hired help is clueless and the tellers look miserable and terrified, no manger or supervisor is ever available. Poor customer service, scam artistpreying on the working class and the poor, predatory lending, and that's just to name a few. They are sneaky and deceitful when it comes to stealing your money and they will hide behind their FAKE policies to do it. BUYER BEWARE they are only looking out on how to pad their pockets with your money. No bank can ever be trusted, but RUN FROM THIS ORGANIZATION...

Red River is a Wonderful place for your banking needs. The staff is knowledgeable, can answer all your questions. I've been with Red River Credit Union for 49 yrs.

Due to a loan Manger there on Summerhill I will never use this bank again closed my account and so did a few other friends took my business account to a better bank. Have a good day Miss M.A. hope toy see how you act outside work can affect you at work too.

I cannot believe the customer service from this credit union, Worst experience I have ever received, wish I got his name. I am closing my accounts and will never do business with this place again! There bill pay system is horrible and if you ask to speak to a dept. they give every excuse not to transfer you and then they come back to try and answer your problem there so stupid they don't even ask the right question!

I've been a customer for more than 30 years I don't like the new changes if I want to deal with a computer I can use a big company that has a nationwide name I like the small credit unions but they have forgotten who I am

So they're listed on the shared co-op credit Union branch system but ATM's only mind you and if the ATM does not do your deposit or withdraw like you need or if you need other services Red River credit Union does not allow those and when you call to speak to a manager or somebody above a teller and the teller's act like you can't go any further regardless the phone people also act like you're not allowed to talk to managers what a shame and what a way to treat business people when all they needed was a simple cashier's check you should remove yourselves from the shared branch Co-Op credit Union listing and retrain your tellers and phone people to be more polite I would never recommend this branch nor this bank to anyone ever again and I do business all over the US thank you

The services provided are great but the in person customer service was very poor. In the auto loan department of member service it was not welcoming. When going in to see who you do business with in person and get acquainted , I was brushed out a told to go look online. The in person atmosphere was different and seems as if when asking questions , no one can provide and answer in person I stead advise to look online. I think the over the phone service should be just as great as even better as the in person service.

Ten years working with them and they screw up the online services so completely that I’m unable to do anything. Now I can’t even do something as basic as deposit checks. Look elsewhere if you want a bank that’s competent.

I have taken several holiday loans from RRFCU throughout the years. The last two was handle by Loan Officer Ms. Lavonda McGlothian. She is an exceptional person. The loan was handled expeditiously and professionally. Ms. McGlothian should handle or oversee all the loan processes.

When going in for a coin order, there is no need for huffing and puffing. Next time would be nice to let me know you have to get more change to do my order. Just not saying anything and letting me stand there is not polite. I took it upon myself to have a seat due to extended waiting on clerk. How rude. I wish there was another bank I could go to for my job errands.

Terrible customer service. I didn’t feel the least bit valued. The representative never cracked a smile. It seemed to me like she was annoyed at the fact that I was even there.Step it up, Jesus y’all.
