It is nice that they have a bug wash stations that you can use before you go through the car wash. They have free vacuums. The prices range from $10.00 to $30.00 and higher if you add options. It did a good job on my suv.

I love this place. It's a great place to get your car looking it's best. And if you live close enough you can pay what it would cost you to go twice and go any time you want for 30 days. It is still a little work if you car is really dirty. Had a place to scrub the bug and other stuff off that normally don't come off in a car wash. And after washing has an area to vacuum the inside and an air hose to blow off any water on the outside that can cause spots .

First time there and back window broke inside car wash. Number I received for claims goes straight to “mailbox full”. No help no service. They act as if I broke it myself. Still can’t reach a human 4 days after incident

Been using this subscription for a while now, I’m not sure if the vehicle or membership determines special treatment. But I do notice some vehicles get pre washed longer or sprayed better than my sedan. I may ask next time, but I’ve been thinking about switching as well. The past two or three washes doesn’t seem like the dryer is working as well on the windows i have streaks left if I don’t wipe after when I use to didn’t have to do this. And the foam roller thing at the very end hits my car 90% of the time. Just hadn’t been very consistent lately. But tonight there wasn’t any sprays available and i asked for one inside and was told they were some across the other side, I didn’t bother but it did rub me wrong customer service wise since I already feel like my experience is going down here.

I absolutely LOVE this place! They thoroughly rinse my vehicle before I go through to get the red clay dirt road off completely first. Golden signed me up for unlimited monthly today and was so helpful!
