I called to order birthday flowers for my friends bday. I gave the zip code and address to make sure they were able to deliver there. They verified yes and I paid a service charge of 25,00 plus the flowers which totaled 93.00
The girl that answered said she would be sending me a verification email and would deliver flowers today. 2 hours pass, I called Ruth’s roses same girl answers and tells me they called me but I didn’t answer and they didn’t have enough supplies to do my order! This was a lie. I ordered a regular size order. They said they left me an email. That too was not true. No email or in my junk. Then she said she would refund my money. I asked to speak to manager she refused and said she would have to ask someone to call me back but would not tell me the name of who might be calling me back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

We used Ruth’s Roses to deliver flowers to our mom in the hospital. We paid an extra charge for the premium arrangement. What was delivered was a day late and bedraggled, thrown together, small arrangement that looked like it had been overturned before it was delivered. I will NEVER purchase flowers from them again

Absolutely the worst service. We didn’t not get confirmation an order was delivered or on the way. After inquiring we later learned that they didn’t deliver the order. They took the money and held o. To it a week and sent poor email with notice they didn’t deliver to an important event. Was very disappointed and disgusted with them. Please adhere to this advice and avoid them at all costs. You will regret it.

I ordered the “Premium” option twice for different arrangements on two separate occasions and both times received less flowers than the arrangement pictured on their website. Tried to shop local, but sorry, disappointed both times.

I wanted to send flowers to a very special lady for her 95th birthday. I live in North Carolina and wasn't familiar with a florist in Texakana, Texas. I found this shop on line. The lady that I spoke to on the phone was so professional and kind. She went beyond my expectations on the arrangement that was ordered and delivered. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I received a call and picture from the person the flowers were sent to and she was so happy and surprised. Her daughter said the arrangement is so beautiful on her living room table they are a conversation piece. Thank you for your kindness and allowing me to be a part of a very special lady on her 95th birthday. I definitely will use this business again.

I should've read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered a blue and white flower bouquet not one shred of blue in any of the flowers ordered a second bouquet for the company and it wasn't delivered until after the employee was gone on RETIREMENT. $200 of flowers both ordered back to back on their web two days early and a total fail. Wish I would've read the reviews but it said local owners and thought let's keep it local instead of using a chain. Worst decision and complete disappointment.

the Oder was filled with substandard flowers that looked nothing like what I ordered almost $100 for a get well arrangement and all they can say is their policy stated they can substitute flowers dont advertise what you cannot deliver

Can't understand why Yelp cannot help customers realize there's two different flower shops here ? Ruth's flowers in Texarkana Texas has been there on Texas Blvd for 50 years now with wonderful ratings. Yelp allows customers to place bad reviews on their webpage without any responsibility to get it right. Every bad review they get seems to be coming from a company called Ruth's roses . Where are they even at ? Looks to be a web based company that yelp want even connect you to ? Even worse all bad reviews Ruth's in Texarkana has been stuck with is because of yelps refusal to try and fix. I don't see where single customer has been contacted by yelp to tell them they have made a mistake ? Neither have I seen where yelp has done anything to correct issue ! Does not give you a lot of faith in yelp as a search resource . Shame on yelp for allowing this to continue .

Never again will I use this florist. They were supposed to deliver same day. I called the next morning and was told it was delivered. Talked to my friend that afternoon, and she was home and NOTHING was delivered. I called back and they were going to look into it and call me back. I get a message late in the day on day #2 from my friend saying she got her flowers. Then sends me a picture...... I was so disappointed in what she sent to me. I sent an email to Ruth's, and they said that the charges on my credit card reflected a partial refund before they even charged my card. ANOTHER lie. After the lady hung up on my because I told her to STOP talking over me and listen to what I was saying, I called back yet again. Another gentleman checked to see if there was a credit on their end, which was just put in. I am not sure how I ended up at this company, but I would advise to keep on scrolling past this florist! I made my friend smile, but it was a far cry from what she deserved to brighten her day. And the sad thing is, I would have never known the difference. I would not have known that they were NOT delivered because they marked them delivered, and I would not have known that I paid almost $100 for maybe 10 flowers and a green stalk. And they were not even expensive flowers! You could buy that bouquet in a grocery store for $9.99... So disappointing.

I ordered a cubed bouquet from Ruth's Rose's. They substituted this with a typical bouquet which was very different from what I ordered. They sent me an email saying they the right to substitute. While I can understand thst sometime certain flowers are not available this was a cubed vase they didn't use and an arrangement thst fits that vase that they couldn't be bothered doing. It's probably more difficult to arrange flowers in a cubed shape. But tjey still charged a service fee for not even giving me what I ordered. BEWARE! YOU MIGHT NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!! AND YOU WILL NOT GET ANY REFUND.

So I live out in California had a bad experience with a different flower shop trying to send my mom flowers for Mother's Day that didn't work out, long story short I called around flower shops in the area and Ruth's flowers was able to process my payment over the phone and get the flowers delivered out same day, we did have a hiccup with the location I originally wanted to send them out to but they went above and beyond with calling my mom to get a different address to deliver them to even with it being a longer drive. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who is not in the state trying to send flowers out. Thank you so much! The arrangement was gorgeous! ❤️
