Don't go to this Sally's unless you want to be judged for your purchase by employees who think they know everything. The girl who cashed me and my sister out was not being cute by rolling her eyes and recommending basically anything else. Good employees recommend other things, sure, but not by being rude about it.

I went in to purchase pump it up hair spritz . Upon check out the man that works there replied with a very racist undertoned word. “Girl” in the south is very racist especially when it’s geared towards black women. Fix it! Corporate will be called next.

Purchased a pair of shears online for pick up at the store. Online the hours say open until 9p. I got to the store at 7:08p and even showing them on my phone what it said on their website they would not let me get my purchase that was fully paid for. Just pointed to the hours posted on the door. It's unprofessional for the online information and store information to not be accurate. I live 30 miles away. Very disappointed!

Me and my friends went to this store to buy some hair products, and one of the workers were racially profiling us. She followed us throughout the aisles and tried to subliminally make sure we weren’t going to take something without paying. I love the store but they need new workers.

I returned a few items I had purchased at Sally’s in Little Rock, AR that I decided weren’t what I wanted after all. I spoke with Penny from Sally’s Beauty Supply in Texarkana, TX about returning them. She was very professional, pleasant and helpful refunding my money and locating the correct items. I always have good experiences at Sally’s in Texarkana, TX.

I use Sally’s for most of my beauty needs ! Staff has always been kind and helpful. Store is clean and well maintained. I love Sally’s if you never been to the store you should Definitely definitely check them out .
