Needed traveling mechanical assistance on our RV. Cody was amazing. He quickly diagnosed our issue and repaired with quality parts and service. Highly recommend Shady Pines. Will stay in their RV Park soon

Our stay at Shady Pines was great. Our space was just what we were told it would be when we made our reservation. The staff was EXCELLENT, and the price was EXCELLENT as well. We stayed 4 nights, and enjoyed every night there. We will definitely be going back. Loved the picnic tables. Thank you Shady Pines. SEE YOU SOON!!!!

Stayed here twice on trips and each was exceptional!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The RV park was all.paved and each site was very level. Trees around the park added to the beauty. Cleanest restrooms and showers that I have seen at a park. Very nice!! I know that Good Sam rated it at almost perfect 10/10/10 and I would totally agree!! You won't be disappointed!!

This is a lovely park. It’s right next door to an RV service center of the same name, so make sure you turn into the right establishment, the RV Park. We received the warmest of welcomes from the delightful Jeanie in the office. She gave us our Good Sam discount and assigned us to a pull-thru site, as we were only here overnight. This park has all the amenities of an RV park and Wi-Fi that works. All the roads and sites are paved. There’s well-tended grass and trees all around. It’s quite beautiful, and close to anything you might need in the city of Texarkana. We come through here fairly often and, now that we’ve found Shady Pines, we’ll be back. With such nice people and affordable prices, why stay anywhere else?Nearby activities: About six or seven miles from a Walmart Neighborhood Market with a Walmart filling station that sells diesel as well as gas. There's a Walmart Super Center within 10 miles if you need more.

Very nice park. Friendly staff. RV repair and sales next door. Very helpful. Went fishing in the pond. Didn't catch anything but a bad day fishing is better than a good day working!

Very clean and well designed RV park. We’ve been living in a RV for almost a year now since the economy went crazy and the people here are friendly and they will help you with everything you need from their service department to just giving some advice. I highly recommend Shady Pines if you are looking for a RV park or need parts or service.

Their parts department needs a "new" parts section and a "used" part section. It honestly looks like their techs walk out to the shelves with the used part and swap it out with a new one and hang the bag back up to be sold to the next customer. The whole place is nothing but a money grabber with NO integrity whatsoever

Nice little park. Very well-kept with a lake to fish in, decent sized paved sites with grass between, and very good wifi. We have stayed here before, and would again. No cable but OTA is sufficient and wifi is good enough to stream. Our pull-through this time was crowned a bit in the middle which meant riding the front tires up on blocks to ease in leveling. I noticed other rigs had done the same on other sites including some back-ins. This should not be the case on paved lots. The closer you are to the road, the more traffic noise you’ll hear. I also had an issue this time with a dead leg on the electrical pedestal. The gentleman next door said he experienced the same thing. After some wiggling and jiggling and exercising the breaker a few times I got it to work. When I reported it to the office another resident asked if I was using a surge protector and said such devices were the source of the problem – that they couldn’t/shouldn't be used in the park and that someone else had burned theirs up. Of course that is nonsense. The issue is at the pedestal when it occurs and the park should inspect each pedestal for wear and tear.Nice park. You won't be disappointed.
