Shoe Dept. Encore is an amazing store with a very eclectic collection of name-brand shoes and a variety of styles. The store is clean, well organized, and well kept. It offers very reasonable prices and an excellent clearance section with significant discounts. Customer service and staff are great, informative, and honest. While specific sizes or styles like New Balance or slip-resistant Skechers may sometimes be unavailable, customers find perfect fits and leave happy, planning to return.

It's been a minute since I've been to this store bc I can go wild in there, lol. Always great customer service with great styles & prices. Highly recommend you shop here first for name brand, as well as other shoes to have you walkin in style! It's my first go-to shoe store!

Had great service today. Mason was very helpful. I was informed about the warranty on the shoes and the rewards program. I was able to find shoes that I could wear comfortably to work.
