First time I went into that store for an exchange of 3 month old sandals, stormy flat out refused to even talk to me. "I'm not taking those back". So, I went to the store at bass pro , Little Rock. And and Daniel treated me like a queen, like always. Today was a better experience, the only reason I went there, they had a pair of sandals on hold for me.

I dont like leaving bad reviews but the employees were not helpful nor very friendly.. maybe I shouldn't have asked them a question ??♀️ I will just stick to shoe department where they don't have an issue with interacting with customers

The customer service here is terrible. I stood around at the same spot for 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me. One looked right at me as she sat at the counter and then back at her phone. The other was talking on the phone throughout the store with her head phones in. There were only two of us in the store. I left with nothing because I could get anyone to help me find my shoe size.

Super nice on the phone, but that is where the customer service ended. Ladies talking to each other at the register instead of offering assistance to the customer. Tried going up front, but nothing changed. Couldn’t buy anything because I couldn’t reach the shoes. But of course they gave salutations on our way out.

Awesome store great selection and variety, but the prices were a bit out of touch. Essentially you gotta buy two pair for it to be a deal. I remember when sketchers were an affordable shoe brand.
